Planning an event is difficult, time consuming and stressful. With so many factors and variations of what you need to make your event a success. Fun Leisure have 10 years experience in the event industry, with Fun Leisure being a fairly young (we like to think) and modern events team, we understand the new age problems of making your event stand out. We are happy to help with any questions that you may have regards any products or trusted advice on your event simply contact one of the event creators here at Fun Leisure UK.

(Q) I need to change the equipment I have booked, is this possible?
(A) Providing that you leave ample time this would not be a problem, we aim to be as flexible and friendly as possible.  

(Q) How can I pay for my event?
(A) We accept all payment types including Card, PayPal & Bacs payment.

(Q) What are the payment terms? Do I have to pay all at once?
(A) We require a 20% deposit upon booking confirmation, the rest can be paid as little or as much you like as long as full payment is received two weeks before your event due date.

(Q) What kind of events do you do?
(A) We are the UK's largest stockists of Fun equipment, owning a huge range of 300 products. We cover all types of events from wedding entertainment, nightclubs, universities, corporate events and birthday entertainment. There is not an event that Fun Leisure hasn’t helped make special. 

(Q) Should I not book from someone who specialises in my type of event?
(A) We often get asked the question, is not hard to cater for all types of events? Here at Fun Leisure we have dedicated events teams for different type of events, from nightclub to wedding. Individual event managers skilled in their field are in direct management of your type of event. Visit meet the team for more information,

(Q) How does the booking process work?
(A) Once you have chosen your desired equipment, confirmed a location and date. We will need to speak to you to finalise and confirm all finer details. Following this we will send an invoice and terms of conditions, please keep the invoice while the contract should be signed and returned. 

(Q) I have found a cheaper quote, can you price match?
(A) While we understand there will always be an alternative cheaper quote that can be found. Not all event companies can offer the high level of services, quality of equipment and full event management for your event. Fun Leisure prides itself on maintaining our products to the highest levels, only employing trained and presentable staff, which reflects and helps deliver your event. Although cheaper quotes can be found, quite often products and service is inferior. 

(Q) Do you own all the products on your website?
(A) We certainly do! We pride ourselves in owning every product we operate, this means we can drive the price down and relay the savings to our customers. Year on year we upgrade older stock and we regularly purchase new products.

(Q) Can we try before we buy?
(A) We invite all of our clients to visit our showroom and meet a dedicated member of the events team, before making any bookings. This in turn will give you piece of mind that you are making the right choice.

(Q) Is the equipment safe?
(A) All of our equipment is regularly PAT tested. Risk assessments are provided and we carry 5million PLI insurance. 

(Q) Can I have the equipment longer than I have originally booked for? 
(A) Not an issue, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange additional hours. 

(Q) What if I need to cancel my event?
(A) Depending how long it is before your event it is possible. We understand circumstances may change, we ask for you to contact the team immediately to progress forward.
